| Players of the men's
team are insured through the Belgian Federation, through CSMS and
through their normal personal insurance (mostly the Caisse de maladie).
These insurances work in a
cumulative way, so what is not covered by the basic insurance will be
covered by one of the collective insurances.
To fulfill the required
criteria and ensure proper coverage for insurance in case of an accident
or injury during a match, training or event organised under the auspices
of HCL you need to:
- have your own
normal healthcare insurance
- be a Member of HCL
- be medically
checked and deemed apt for playing hockey
We have a medical statement that needs to be filled in by all
players. The captain has these forms, or you can download a form, print
it, fill it in and send it to HCL (BP 1824, L1018 Luxembourg).
